Renascent Vineyards, in the Spring of 2008, will be offering:
White Oak White. Riesling. Wonderful with midsummer conversation on the back porch. Serve alone or with white meats or fish.
Renascent Red. A delicious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Full bodied and smooth at the same time. Serve with red meat on the table and seasoned hardwood in the fireplace.
Blackberry Dessert Wine. A dessert treat that is sipped like a liqueur.
Summer Cider. Bold, simple and unpretentious, like the rural people who inspired it.
Plum Dessert Wine. This wonderful dessert treat is sipped like a liqueur.
